Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your The Swinging Light account and associated personal data by contacting us at:

info@theswinginglight.com

Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and send the request from the email address associated with your account.

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize account-linked personal data that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

• Account profile and authentication-linked information.
• Personal diary, watch, reading, play, and game-tracking data.
• Ratings, rankings, collections, lists, and saved preferences.
• Reviews, comments, community posts, and other user-created content associated with the account, where applicable.

We may retain limited information when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes. Information may also remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or cycled out.

Any retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
